Using a phone in kig?

I’m not really sure what happened but when I first got my bodysuit I couldn’t use my phone and eventually over time I was was able to use it without a problem. What could have possibly happened and has this happened to anyone else?

Depends the fabric of the bodysuit. Thickness.
Mostly i use a pen for using my mobile.

I have hard time to touch iPhone in my zentai. When I pushed too hard it's sometime work.

Another option is to keep a stylus handy; you can get them in lots of places, including convenience stores.

Surely we've all chewed on one at least one occasion in our lifetimes right?

So sweat is what caused this unusual change? For a second I was going to blame black hand since it comes from metallic objects.

Your hadatai or skinsuit is a great insulator cause the phone not to read electrical differences when touching finger to screen. I suspect you have a capacitive touch screen. Sweat opens the electrical circuit enabling your finger to work better!
